Your first 12 months of maintenance are free. After that there is no compulsory fee of any kind. Pick individual services when you need them, or take the optional Care Package if it saves you money. It usually does.

FAQ
Is it really a one-time payment?
Yes. One payment covers the software, installation on your own hosting, setup, training and 12 months of free maintenance. After that every service is optional. Pay per use, or take the Care Package if it saves you money.
Does Hostrium connect to Booking.com and Airbnb?
Channel sync is launching soon as an add-on. Today, Hostrium gives you a direct booking website — every direct booking saves you the 15–18% commission you'd pay an online travel agency.
How long does setup take?
Most properties go live within 1–2 weeks, including data entry of your rooms and rates, and on-site training for your team.
What are the payment terms?
50% advance and 50% on go-live. Instalment plans are available for Plus and Custom packages — ask us.
Can Hostrium be customised for my property?
Yes. Hostrium is built and supported in Sri Lanka by OCTICK, so custom features, workflows and integrations are quoted and built in-house.
What do I need to provide?
A domain and standard web hosting in your name from any provider, roughly LKR 20,000 to 30,000 per year in total. We will specify exactly what to buy, or set it up for you at cost. We never hold your keys.
